10-49= Genin
50-119= Chuunin
120-199= Special Jounin
200-499= Jounin
500-999= Anbu
1000+= Hokage (2nd, 3rd, etc... The first to get it...)
Founder/1st Hokage= Magneyoku

The donations don't really matter as much you making your character stronger. Once you give a donation, we can't give any back so make sure you can spare the money. : ) Oh, and here's some advice for manhunts: always do them in ten minute intervals if you have the time. You'll be much more sucessful.
