Donating
Please do not feel obligated to donate gold to the Clan just yet. It does not provide any bonusses apart from allowing more Vamps to join the Clan. Rather spend on improving yourself. Currently we are still fine, but if we have a candidate and no more space, I will ask everyone to donate to the cause of Family. Next upgrade is priced at 4320 gold.
Game Play Tips
1) Never leave gold lying around. Always spend it either on stats, items or Sentinels. Remember, when you get beaten, the victor loots 10% of your available gold.
2) Do a safety fight (attacking lower level than yourself, or someone you are pretty sure of beating) first before you manhunt, since you will then be safe to raid for an hour and cannot be attacked by anyone.
3) Check the Highscore board, filter to Werewolves and sort by level; check out prospective victims first by their stats, the amount of fights theyve had and the amount of defeats. Make sure you have a chance of beating them before engaging them.
4) Store your gold in items:
Weapons
Armour
Potions
- You can always sell them back for half the price, better to give gold to a shop than the enemy I say! Safety fight every 30 mins should give you complete coverage (just to be extreme!)
5) If you are finished for the night, make sure your gold is under 10, invest it in stats or items. To get it under 10 you may need to do a couple more hunts so you can buy 1 more potion, or you can just donate cash to the clan till you are under 10 gold BEFORE you go to work at the graveyard! They cannot steal your gold if you arent carrying any and they cant steal it if you have not picked it up yet. I try to start the day with nothing and end the day with nothing (everything I invest in items or stats)
So if you are being attacked, batton down the hatches they will get bored eventually - oh and do not send them nasty messages!
6) Always keep 1 potion on you - even if it is only a 50 health potion. If you are attacked during the night and are reduced to 1hp - a 50hp potion will allow you to do a safety fight and then 5, 10 minute manhunts. (Sorry to sound obvious - but this is for new members as well)
