Clan Legislation

Section 1: Code of behaviour

1.1: Sending the clan leader a message typed with capslock
on is grounds for immediate dismissal, no joke.

1.2: Messages are to be signed with the clan tag, followed by
your rank tag, as well as any medals you have earned,
and then your name. Higher ranks will be required to
strictly follow this in order to sustain their rank.

1.3: The utmost loyalty to the clan and the clean leader is to
be displayed. Any informal disagreement with the clan
leader is grounds for demotion or dismissal. Proof of this
may be used in consideration for the finder"s promotion.
Proof is considered a screenshot of the message that
shows the disagreement, sent to the clan leader"s email.

1.4: Formal disagreements are to be sent directly to the clan
leader, and have no penalty whatsoever.

1.5: Repeat attacks on any werewolf who is a member of a
clan is grounds for demotion and/or dismissal. Repeat
attacks on werewolves who are members of clans that
we have a pact with is grounds for immediate dismissal.

1.6: Offensive language to any werewolf is not to be tolerated.
Offences will be treated the same as repeat attacks on
clan members.

Section 2: War

2.1 In the event of a war you are to report to your immediately
superior officer and follow orders immediatly. Orders will be
given and followed as quickly as possible.

2.2 A war with {WCC} does no end until the opposing clan has
either surrendered or been reduced to one member. Any
suggestion of {WCC}"s surrender is grounds for immediate
dismissal.

Section 3: Candidates

3.1: Those who wish to apply to the clan must make their
application to the forum.

3.2: Applicants who are accepted will remain as candidates until
they earn their rank. They are expected to strictly follow the
Code of Behaviour, as well as grow in level and amount of
gold donated to the clan.

3.3: Candidates are still expected to report to their squad leader
at times of war. Squads will be assigned by the clan leader.

Section 4: Ranks

4.1: Candidate; junior member of the clan. No official status but
must use this time to prove themself.

4.2: Private 2 Star {Pte2}. Basic military rank of {WCC}. Minimum
requirements; level 3, 250 gold donated, 20 victories.

4.3: Private 3 Star {Pte3}. No advantage over {Pte3}, other then
statis. Minimum reqiurements; level 4, 400 gold donated, 35
victories.

4.4: Corporal {Cpl}. Second lowest in the chain of command. To
provide advice and assistance to {Pte}"s. Minimum requiremens;
level 6, 800 gold donated, 50 victories.

4.5: Sergeant {Sgt}. Third in chain of command. Squad leader. To
organize the squad in times of war. Minimum requirements; level
10, 1500 gold donated, 75 victories.

4.6: Company Quartermaster Sergeant {CQMS}. Fourth in chain of
command. Will have 2 squads to keep in order. Minimum
requirements; level 12, 2000 gold donated, 100 victories.

4.7: Company Sergeant {CS}. Fifth in chain of command. Will have
4 squads to keep in order. Minimum requirements; level 15, 3000
gold donated, 150 victories.

4.8: Battalion Quartermaster Sergeant {BQMS}. Sixth in chain of
command. Will have 8 squads to keep in order. Minimum
requirements; level 20, 4500 gold donated, 200 victories.

4.9: Battalion Sergeant Major {BSM}. Seventh in chain of command.
Will have 16 squads to keep in order. Minimum requirements;
level 30, 8000 gold donated, 300 victories.

4.10: Second Lieutenant {2/Lt}. Eighth in chain of command. Will be
named ambassador to one specific clan.

4.11: Lieutenant {Lt}. Ninth in chain of command. Will be responsible
for 2 {2/Lt}"s.

4.12: Captain {Capt}. Tenth in chain of command. will be responsible
for all squads.

4.13: Commandant {Comdt}. Eleventh in chain of command. Will be
responsible for 2 {Lt}"s.

4.14: Lieutenant Colonel {Lt Col}. Twelfth in chain of command. Will be
responsible for 2 {Comdt}"s.

4.15: Colonel {Col}. Thirteenth in chain of command. Will be responsible
for 2 {LtCol}"s.

4.16: Brigadier General {Brig Gen}. Fourteenth in chain of command. Is
a juniour member of the war council, and may voice opinion but
may not vote.

4.17: Major General {Maj Gen}. Fifteenth in chain of command. Is a full
member of the war council and thus may vote, as well as voice
opinion.

4.18: Lieutenant General {Lt Gen}. Sixteenth in chain of command. Is
full member of war council, as well as holder of honorary title.

4.19: General {Gen}. Clan Leader. Decision maker and highest in chain
of command.
