Description...
Our Empire is young However, grows strong rapidly and with our powerfull allies, Shall Endure for Eternity. Although we have now proclaimed ourselves a new Empire, we still hold the same Title as Marines and have not changed much in the installment of an Empire except for a few new ranks and new Hierarchy that everyone can eventually, through time, be accepted...
United We Stand The BloodHoundTacticalMarines. We are a fighting force trained in every aspect of warefare. This is a Clan based on those teachings along with Tradition, Protection, Knowledge and we hope; Family. Not just anyone is BHTME material, you have to prove yourself to be acknowledged as a Marine and fight all the way to keep the title. To serve this Clan, One must take pride in not only the clan but, in themselves and even more importantly; being a Lycan. This is a force that takes pride in its Fighting skills as well as its reputation of Victory and Talent on the battle field. So, if your not strong, willing, brave or even more importantly; confident enough to step up, then dont because it only gets harder from here on out and if your not strong enough to be a Marine; then there are plenty of other Clans who will accept you. Welcome to the Empire. We hope your stay with us is productive as well as pleasent. The Empire Has been established now since Aug.5,2007. This means that we are not only a organized pact of warriors but, now an Empire that has expanded far more than most anticipated and has also grown strong even as young as it is, strong. However, we are still in transition from Military Movement into Imperial Status so we apologize if any of our Information is not up to date. The Trails:
The Trials take place once every month for another Marine to get a shot at becoming a General/Chief. This gives equal chance to everyone in the clan to be able to become a part of the High Council. However, the Warrior Chieftans do not change hands in the trials instead, are Commanded by the new General/Chief once he/she has won the title. Any one in the clan level 13 or above can challenge a General/Chief to a Trial but, before the trials take place the Emperor/Master Chief must vote on weather or not the Trial is legitimate enough to take place. The trial is basically who can win the most fights in two weeks. Who ever comes away with the wins can either become a new General/Chief or remain General/Chief.


Other Requirements:
1. Must donate atleast 50Gold every week.
2. Must be active atleast 5Days a week and if not must tell the
Warrior Chieftan assigned to you that you will be unavailable
before hand.
3. Must keep Wins above Losses.
4. Must Reply to Mission Briefings that take place once every week.
(Will explain once your application has been accepted.)
5. Must keep in contact with your clan and assigned Allied Clan Contact
(Will explain once your application has been accepted.)
6. Must win atleast 5Fights every time you login.

The High Council
The Highest 5Positions in the clan are Emperor/Master Chief, General/Chief, Warrior Chieftan, Assassin and the Senator which make up the highest status/ranking in the clan otherwise known as the High Council. Most of these Ranks (except for senators) can be reached by a growth in level status but, are only given to those chosen with qualities that include Honesty, Respect, Courage and Loyalty. The Following is an expanation of the Higher Ranks and their duites within the clan.

This is the Alpha Hound of the clan and cannot be picked nor chosen, he is what he is and thats the leader of his Marines. His Abilities and Powers include and are not limited to; Declaring War (as long as approved by a Majority of the Warrior Chieftans), Picking Chiefs, Giving the Clan Mission Breifings and Intel Reports, Rank approval, Commissioning or Decommissioning of any Marine, Making Alliances and ETC.

3 General/Chiefs - Choosen only by the Emperor/Master Chief

2nd in Rank to the Emperor/Master Chief and the only hand picked advisors to the the Emperor/Master Chief. Chief"s can only be given orders from him. The duties, although few, are time consuming and are as follows; Commanding forces ranging from 5-7 depending on number assigned by the Emperor/Master Chief in War, Gathering Intel from Battle Reports in that War (Counting battles won/lost, levels and etc.), and choosing 2Warrior Chieftans.

Commanded by Generals/Chieftans, Warrior Chieftans are trusted with basically 2duties. One, protecting lower levels/ranks from repeated assaults from enemy attackers by avenging loses and chasing down and finding other culprits. Also, by gathering Intel on possible Alliances and relaying that information back to the Chief for approval. They have Command of 3Assassins and only take orders from the Emperor/Master Chief and Only their assigned General/Chieftan.

9 Assassins - Choosen only by Warrior Chieftans

An Assassin reports only to the Warrior Chieftan assigned to him about his findings which include; Vampire Clan Intel., Priority Intel., Individual Intel., and also any other task given by the Warrior Chieftan to which he/she is assigned. However, if given a direct order from the Emperor/Master Chief, they must comply to whatever order is given. Assassins do not take orders from Generals/Chieftans.

Senators - Levels 17 and above
Senators are the lowest part of the High Council but are none the less important to the Empire. Every friday at 6pm there will be a Senate Meeting and there will be a message on what the Senate is to Vote apon for the greater good of the Empire. Senators, although have no authority over another however, have the voice of the lower ranks of this clan and hold the power to push the Empire in a positive direction.
First Senate meeting will take place on: Aug. 10th, Fri. @6pm

The Commanding Officer is not in the High Council however, is now the main ADMIN. to the clan page and if you need something changed on here than He/She is the one to talk to.
