This Clan is similar to a democratic society, ruled by the people. The Administrator will send out messages to the clan when a new idea for a ruling is presented. He or she will tally the votes and respond accordingly. High level vampires will choose a department to become the Head of, and all those apprenticing to that department will go to them with their questions.

Young vampires are considered fledges until level 4, at which time they are to choose a department to apprentice to. The Head of each department governs their said department fully. The Heads together decide what will be passed as rulings. It is a similar system to democracy, only without a president. It is a system that is probably flawed, so it is asked that patience is shown when it causes mistakes.

There are no requirments to join. We do ask though that new members donate 15 gold to the clan at the least. We have no level restrictions, and all are welcome.

All vampires" clan rank is determined by the field they are in, and their status as a vampire. A level 1, 2, or 3 is a Fledgling by default. A level 4 - 10 is an Apprentice to a department. A level 11 - 14 is a Disciple who teaches Apprentices about their department. A level 15 - 19 is an Elder Vampire by default, and either a Head, Disciple, or Warrior for the Clan. A level 20 - X is a Master Vampire by default, and either a Warrior, Disciple, or Head. If a Disciple or Elder Vampire would like to take on a more specialized position, he or she may appeal to the Heads.

So far the Departments are Warrior Training, Assassin Training, Gold Hoarding, Clan History, Communications, and Overview.

The Warrior Training Department focuses on training young vampires into Warriors for the Clan. They will be taught raid strategies and attack strategies, and occasionally given an assignment to attack a werewolf and message the results to the Head.

The Assassin Training Department focuses on teaching Apprentices to be an Assassin. An Assassin is usually hired by a werewolf or vampire to kill a werewolf. This field will also have a little bit of Communications training to teach Assassins how to deal with their employers. The Head will occasionally give the Apprentice a scenario that they must respond to.

The Gold Hoarding Department focuses on teaching young vampires strategies about raids and work, with an occasional fee depending on their level. Most in this field are expected to donate more gold than those in other departments.

The Clan History Department serves to educate those interested in the background of the Clan and some of it"s members. Occasionally Heads will assign an Apprentice a question concerning a member of the clan. They must ask them to determine the answer, but this is unusual.

The Communications Department houses those who are able to calm disputes. They will help calm angered werewolves who intend to attack, and disperse spats among clan members. The Head will occasionally give Apprentices a scenario that they have to respond to.

The Overview Department is for those who wish to study a few different subjects briefly. They will be allowed to choose two or more Departments that they wish to Apprentice to, and will be taught the basics of the Departments they chose. They will be given one assignment at the least.

It is advisable for the Heads to record their Apprentices achievements for future notice, so that Apprentices recieve credit and are able to move on to Disciple when the time comes. Apprentices are to notify their Head when they surpass Apprentice level. Apprentices are to ask the Head if they have any questions, and the Head may or may not refer them to a Disciple.

If there is no Head of a department, a member of the clan may appeal to the Heads to be trained to become the Head of that department. If a clan member has an idea for a Department that should be added, they may appeal to the Heads.

The Head of Warrior Training is Undetermined.

The Head of Assassin Training is Alexander Raven, the Elder Vampire.

The Head of Gold Hoarding is Undetermined.

The Head of Clan History is Satania Aleera, the Elder Vampire.

The Head of Communications is Amphitrite, the Master Vampire.

The Head of Overview is Faye Elizabeth, the Elder Vampire.
