If I attack you, it would only mean either or several of these factors
1) Your name appeared on the Random search for enemies
2) You got gold and I want it, although no offence, everyone wants a piece
3) You got into trouble with my Clan
4) Your clan is at war with mine
5) You are black listed in our Clan's black book
6) You have offended or done something so unforgivable that my Clan wants your dead
7) You were in my way
So if I attacked you, don't take too much offence in my attacks, it's only what comes randomly, will it go randomly, I'm at no means responsible for having your name pop up in a random search~ Have fun though~
