The war had all but ground to a halt in the blink of an eye. The Lycan horde scattered to the wind in a single evening of flame and retribution. They were fewer in numbers now, but our orders remained the same: hunt them down and kill them. And when there is nothing left to massacre, a Death Dealer like me, would become obsolete. Pity. It is one thing to be undead... and it is another to have nothing to live for.
The time shall come when the idea of eternity could become unbearable. You will live in the shadows with only your own company to keep while your "life" rots into a hollow existence. Immortality seems like a good idea, until you realize you're going to spend it alone...
