‡ I need money to add to my skills, to buy weapons, to build up my hideout, or to train my sentinel.
‡ I need the experience. Most likely, I'm really close to the next level and out of manhunt time. Therefore, I resort to hitting individuals.
‡ You've attacked me. Normally, that alone wouldn't cause me to attack you. However, if I'm trying to build up gold to buy weapons and someone attacks me, I get annoyed and hit back.
‡ Our clans are at war. I'm faithful to my clan, so when we are at war, I will hit you. That's how wars are won.
I only take the attacks personally if you leave me a nasty note or something. Otherwise, if I attack you, it's nothing personal.
It's just a game. Play it and play it well.
