Character description
Born sixteen years ago, Illidrian Elthelion was first thrown into this world under the name of Illidrian Edwards. His mother was a simple villager who befriended and willingly performed multiple illicit acts of passion with a stranger from the woods, the man who would become his father. The early years of his life were simple and uneventful, spending his days working in the fields and the mill, but things were to change for Illidrian.
He always felt somehow different from the other boys of the village, like he could sense that he did not belong with them, that he was somehow different to them all. As he grew his mother was slowly taken ill by a dreadful sickness and died before his thirteenth birthday. But before she departed she told him of his father and how he was a Vampire. Illidrian, shocked by this news, fled from the village.
As the years past his vampiric heritage began to assert itself and he entered the Vampire life with fear. Even after enduring all this hardship he strove to better himself, learning all he could from those around him. Since then he has been in search of his father but his closest achievement to this goal was the finding of another of his father’s sons, a half-brother called Raze. An insane and bloodthirsty vampire of twenty years plagued by outbursts of madness and a bearing of spiteful hatred toward his younger brother.
Illidrian has always been a person of high morals, valuing greatly his ability to discern right from wrong and good from evil, but he also knows that sacrifices must be made for the greater good. For this reason he has been known to ‘socialize’ with humans and on rare occasions werewolves. Although a calm and slow to anger individual he is still a formidable adversary in combat, using his speed and maneuverability to meander through enemies and strike fast before they have a chance to react.
