Mortus was always a lost man, until he found solice in the hunt after being bitten by an ancient werewolf. After his first change, he found the old one and ripped out his heart. He keeps it in a jar in his den, where the light of the full moon can hit it. Some nights, it still beats. It is those nights where Mortus hunts with abandon, attacking friend and foe. He is lost, but in his thirst for the flesh of others, he is found.
