She didn't want this, any of this. Why would he let this happen? He was her friend and he lead that beast right to her. Akalla was fifteen and she had barely survived the bite, and when she pulled through and the nightmare had passed, a new one had already begun. They chased her out, they tried exhorcism on her, she had no demon! They tried to kill her but, she escaped. They sent knights and warriors after her, she murdered them. She had to protect herself no matter the cost. Self preservation was now top on her priority list, right above killing the monster that did this to her. Dark auburn hair whisked around her as she gazed down at the terrifieing town from a small hill, she didn't care if the long curls covered her face, she felt safer that way. She had once been known for her beauty, especially her turquoise-green eyes, now they were black, nearly emotionless pits, windows to the sould darkened by rage, fear, blood lust. How could she get past this alive?
