Crimson Tears that flow
The pain burns deep, enough to bring the blood to my eyes.~
They say it hurts the worse the first time
Let this pain quench its thirst and begone~
Let back-stabbers begone and cursed with the same pain I suffered.~
My Wings feel as if they`ve been severed, clipped beyond repair
There is a light at the end of this dark and dreary tunnel
It speaks to me and tells me all hope is not lost
Telling me my wings have not been completely clipped
That I may once again take to the skies and feel the breeze
without hindrance.~
My wings begin to heal and grow but the pain is still there
I look at them and as I see my scars
I realize my past will never disappear
Always there to haunt me
But still, I strive
Learning from my mistakes that these scars remind me of.
My scars are still here, but so am I.~
These tears still burn
Please let them stop
I can`t take it! No more!
What do I do? It won`t stop
