I was known as Nicholas en Ciel. Ebony black hair and ocean blue eyes. That was three centuries ago.
Now, as I write this, I am being hunted. Not by the ones who I have before persecuted, but by the ones I have called my family.
I was young, ambitious, talented and reckless. I was under the direct command of the Pope Lienni. He treated me like I was his son. I was orphaned at a young age, and he took me in. No one but him had authority over me. The life of the Papal Assassin was somehow boring. Power and wealth, yes. But not glory. Never Glory.
Always behind a veil of anonimity. According to the Archives, I never exsisted.

One night, while walking through the streets of Rome, I heard a faint cry of help. A girl's voice. My years of training gave me increased senses, this situation no different.
I rushed to find the girl in distress, my sword drawn. Despite the moonless night, my eyes adjust to the darkness. The girl, her throat violently cut. A struggle between the girl and the vampire. The smell of blood was still fresh.
My spatial awareness warned me of someone behind me. I dodged.
"You have been trained well..." The vampire said. He still had the vermillion liquid dripping from his throat.
"Cowar..." But I couldnt finish my sentence. The man in front of me, I recognized him. It was the Pope. The world around me seemed to blur.
Lienni took advantage of my sudden breakdown. He struck me and held my almost limp body. I was conscious at that moment but already had lost the will to fight. He bit me.
"You know too much. Now, being in the state you are about to enter, no one will ever believe you. Good-bye Nicholas." and then he left.

Many thing have changed about me. Now, my silver hair and blood red eyes show the true nature of my condemded soul. Anger and Hatred.
