Rahzelia was born and raised in Helsinki, Finland with her twin brother and half-sister in an apartment to her musician parents: Mikko and Juni. Her childhood was fairly normal, a few average problems everyone goes through...well somewhat normal. As a child, she never really saw her father much, as he has kidney trouble and was constantly in the hospital. She walked home from school everyday, stopping at the nearby hospital about five blocks away from her home to visit her father. Despite her parents' turbulent relationship, being her mother was an orphan and her father was constantly gone meant they had no time to comfort eachother, which eventually led to the family moving.
After that, her parents became closer until their relationship was fairly patched up. Rahzelia's fourteenth birthday brought her the worst birthday present to date; being bitten by Hikari_Ame. Not long after her sister moved out of their house with her boyfriend and her brother becamse isolated after he moved out as well. She's a loyal partner to Hikari_Ame and she sticks by her no matter what now.
