Character description
Alyctia is an orphan. Well, technically, all vampires are sort of orphans, but she is a special case. She has no clue who bit her. She woke up, alone, in a dark alley behind a pizzaria she vaguely remembered. She wandered the streets at night for weeks, months. Confused, she hid in the daytime, not knowing why she was suddenly so afraid, repulsed?, by the sun. She didn't know who she was, what she was, only that she was hungry. Hungry for those skinny, puny, weak humans that walked the streets so carelessly. Little by little, as she walked those lonely streets at night, her past came back to her. She remembered her age: 15. She remembered..her family, and how they abused her, ignored her, hated her. She remembered her boyfriend, who dumped her that night at the pizza place. She sort of remembered running outside, to get away. She remembered walking back into the alley, where she knew he wouldn't find her. She didn't want him to see her cry. An lastly, she remembered her scream. Was it her scream? A bug, furry face, and a pale, sallow face, hissing, biting, and clawing each other...she was cowering in the corner...Oh, the furry face was winning...he clawed the pale face badly...But wait! Yes! The furry face was down! And then..then...what? The pale face was walking towards her.....very fastly....she blacked out.
That was all. A ferious battle, and an advancing pale-face. Not that she hated him...he DID put her out of her misery, in a way. She actually thanked him. Sure, she didn't know what she was, she didn't know who she was, and she barely just out of being a child, but he gave her something powerful. A chance to prove herself, and a chance to seek revenge on all those that mistreated her in her past life. For that, she loved whoever bit her.
