Character description
Arkae was once the hier to the family title of A Japansse family of Yakuza vampires called the Dragons of the Riseing Moon. His power once flowed from the bloodied streets of Tokyo into his viens as second in comand under his mother Akaryu, head of the Riseing Moons. What led to the demise of this promiseing night walker was afinity for cocaine laced maidens. Arkae and his cohorts savagly enjoied preying on the coked out goth chick of the Harajuku district. At first it was more of a way to spend a friday night with the boys but increasingly became a problem. Arkae's banishment from the Riseing Moons resulted when a powerful clan of were wolves: the YAMAINU atacked the Moons while Arkae was on a three day coke binge/orgy/dance off/tupperware party,where the wolves killed Akaryu. Arkae was blamed for not protecting his mother as was his role as eldest son. He was ousted from his clan by his two younger sisters Ryuhime and Akatora who assumed the leadership of the clan. By this point Arkae had developed a terible drug habit and was working as a hit man for a human Yakuza boss in Osaka. Do to his exagerated intaked of cocaine (through the nose not coke laced virgins like in the old days) he stoped drinking blood completely loseing his once imense power among the blackbloods of Japan.
He eventually shriveled into a corpse and was sold on the black market to a collecter of dark objects in Los Angeles. The collecter had recently also aquired a book of ancient hungarian dark magic. Beliveing he could ressurect Arkae and enslave him, he performed the ritual of dark ressurection (I wont go into details because gore just makes me squemish ; ). The collecter was able to ressurect Arkae but not controll him as he had originaly planned. Arkae devoured the evil collecter. He then fled north and after a short stint of trying to be a vegan, is where you find him now, hungry as hell for the power he once held and a tastse for vengence upon the race that slew his mother that will only be satisfied after the last canine is dead.
