Character description
Perfect by nature, Kathadrae was everything anyone could want. She hated it. So people would stop thinking of her as a loner she started to pretend. Kathadrae had plenty of friends, until she moved. No one except for one person was like her in Arizona. Most people in Colorado were like her. Her friends had started to worry. She was losing herself, becoming depressed, no friends at all. So, she started to lie. She pretended she was happy, weird at times, calm at others, but herself. Everyone started to love this new Kathadrae. Her 2 main friends, and herself alone new it was a lie. They new why she was doing it, and not being able to help that much when only one lived in Arizona, they left her to be.
Soon, the 2 friends found it a horrible mistake. Even Kathadrae new it as one. The lie had become the truth. It was so powerful, that she couldn't tell anyone, or drop it. Dropping hints here and there, her 2 friends started worrying. Helping as much as can be, they couldn't tell anyone either. The lie had taken everyone that new her over, and no one could stop the danger approaching.
With now only liking Eddie Izzard and music, both of which she could get more of in California, and could move out there, some part of her couldn't move. There was some hope things would get better. Taking an extreme liking to werewolves and vampires (wolves had always been her favorite animal, still are) it gave her hope something could happen to her to make her one of those. Stressing for months over which one, she finally gave up and decided which ever got to her first she would be fine with.
Realizing it was a childish dream, werewolves and vampires were, of course, fiction. Not real. It still gave her hope that some day she could escape. Holding onto that she was able to watch this lie control her life through her eyes, day dreaming about Eddie and becoming a Vamp, or Werewolf. Not even attempting to control her life, knowing it as useless, those dreams became her self. When one day she opened her eyes. Felt the bite on the neck and fainted, she was honestly thinking she was dreaming. A very happy dream.
After the poison completely took her over, in only one hour, she awoke. In California. Some strange man with black hair, beautiful blue eyes, and long legs was watching her. Getting the story that he had been following her, realizing she wanted to become a vampire, and deciding it was right, he bite her. Knowing her parents were looking for her, she started this life with a want to not be found, but knowing it would be great.
One day, after being controlling Kathadrae's thirst and powers for around 6 months *easy to lose track of time as a vamp* a cop stopped and asked her to come into the police station. Kath had changed her brown hair to black, her fair skin to pale, and her blue eyes had become darker, so figuring it was about something other than the search for you, (no one would recognize you) you followed him. When you got there they sent you to a small room. They asked your name, your gave your usual online name, Eve Williams, sending you to a room, with one bright light shining on you and a chair by yourself, Kath started to worry.
They said they were going to show Kath 4 people, and wanted to say anything if she recognized them. Bracing her self for the worst, she said sure. First one Was her best friends mom, that was an easy no. Next was Kath's mom. Worrying because you had always been closer to your dad you wondered if you could say no, managing you sighed inwardly with relief.
Wondering who the fourth person could be, they brought out her true friend since 1st grade. Unable to not say anything Kathadrae yelled, "Jack!" and run forward to hug him. Not realizing with this show of emotions, Kathadrae lost control over you fangs, and they were coming down. Jack saw, but gave no sign. Instead of hugging her, he kissed Kath. Realizing then what was happening, Kath tried pulling away. Too late, Jack cut his tongue against Kath's fang, in an hour, he would be a vampire.
Jack fainted right away, as the poison made you do. Assuming Kathadrae did it, everyone in the room rushed forward and tried to get between Kath and Jack. After quickly explaining it to his mom, no one else would listen, she decided to let Jack go with Kath, so he wouldn't have problems. Having to quickly escape, Kathadrae thanked her, picked him up and ran. If Jack smelt human blood while in this hour it could be deadly. Devastated he is now in this position, where so many would kill them selves it they got here, because he had had a great life. Joyous because she won't be alone for the rest of Kath's very long life. Ever since, you to have roamed together.
