I begged pitifully at the doll's feet, her white skin beautiful, cold and hard like marble, bleeding marble. Crimson eyes beheld my gaze, irises contracting almost like slits. I know she is having an internal debate, crease appears between those perfectly sculpted brows. I tried very hard not to avert my gaze, not to waver in my resolve. I want and will become one of them, one of her kind, one with her.
Then, to my astonishment, she lifted me from my feet and hugged me lovingly, like she always do. Resting her face on the crook of my neck, she whispers " You have seen how I plundered those villagers in my thirst, seen me hunt and kill and moan with bloodlust i can not control, is this what you dreamed of? is this truly the existence you wish?"
"yes....if it meant I can stay with you, serve you, protect you...I most willingly abide"
...silence...then pain, the most excruciating pain my body had ever felt, so excruciating that words failed me. I stopped myself from screaming, fearing that she would stop. The pain continued, numbing every part of my poor body, blocking out any emotion, any thought, everything.
After a while I saw her rise her head gracefully, my blood brimming from her lips. She kissed me lightly on my lips, the metallic taste of blood and her sweet taste mingling. She then cradled me in her arms.
...My head fell forward against her throat, the blood fount had started; it bubbled out of her vein, flowing thickly down her midnight gown. I closed my mouth over it. I lapped at it.
I let out a cry as the blood inflamed me. My mouth filled with blood. My lips closed against her silky white flesh so that not a drop would be lost. deeply i swallowed.
…..dim human memories flashed before me. Then my eyes shot open. I was lying on the floor. My body sang with blood. Then I saw my beloved Goddess standing a few feet from me. Blood already dried on her healing neck. Swiftly she approached me and imprisoned me in her arms. Those piercing red eyes staring at me with burning passion. She gently stroked my face. “My beloved creation, as lovely as your master aren't you? we will make both mortal and immortal men kneel ” she crooned. Then i heard animal growls– a thousand miles away. The blood feud had begun.
