Let me begin my story in the year of 1777. It was a beautiful moonlit night, the smells of the night air surrounding me as I lay nearby a peaceful lake. I felt a sense to look around me. I was thrown to a nearby tree. As I pulled myself up, I saw what I can say was a half beast, half man known to me now as a Lycan, standing over me. I thought my time on this earth had ended. This dark stranger, now defending me, battling this hell hound until the death had won. I knew in my pounding heart, for this would be the last time I feel it beat, I owed this stranger my life.
